Badger Mountain Centennial Preserve Hike
Time: 10:00am – 1:00pm
Place: Parking area at Skyline Trail trailhead
What to bring: Comfortable hiking shoes or boots,
water, snack or lunch, sunscreen,
hat, sunglasses

Directions:
- Get on Keene Road. Take Keene Road west to Kennedy Road.
- Turn left on Kennedy and take it to Dallas Road.
- Turn left on Dallas.
- Go under I-182 overpass, and continue to the top of the hill.
- Turn left to a parking area, up the gravel road.




Plan “B” – Canyon Trail
(in case of miserably hot weather)
Time: 10:00am – 1:00pm
Place: Parking area by cinder block pump house
Directions:
- Take Keene Road to Shockley Road (near Bethel Church).
- Take Shockley to the end.
- Turn left on Queensgate and go up the hill.
- Park in the parking lot next to the cinder block pump house.
- From there, follow the trail around Trailhead (Westcliffe) Park to the trail head at the base of the mountain.
