Memory Book

 

December 1st 2008 update:  Only 14 people returned their questionnaire, so the project has stalled.  If you were one of those people, thank you!  Let me know if you would like your memory book story posted on your personal alumni page.

 

 

Even if you were unable to attend the reunion, we would like to include your information in our printed book.  Everyone who returns their questionnaire will be sent a copy of the finished book.  Help make this one the best one yet!

Please complete your Memory Book Questionnaire and return it by November 30th.

3 Ways to do your questionnaire:

  1. Online - Fill out questionnaire and submit it immediately (not currently active)
  2. MS Word document - Download, then
    • print it, write answers, and mail; or
    • type in answers, email it
  3. Download as PDF file; print; write answers; mail (not currently active).

 

Note: This is separate from the info on your Alumni Page.  The Memory Book will be printed, and mailed to participants.  None of the Memory Book info will be posted on the website.
